Dear Weyrwoman,
I have completed the initial work of comparing records from the weyr to the holds, and aside from a few minor discrepancies, they look to be in good order. I believe Enkavir is the current record keeper here? That is the name Thea gave me. I don't wish to trod upon toes here and by all means these are just suggestions that might make things easier for you all.
1. Construction of a room specifically for records. I can draw up a plan that has been used successfully elsewhere if you wish. The space is efficiently used and makes things much easier.
2. Updated computer system use. There are many advantages to using the computer system, which is not being used by many members of the team.
Lastly, I'm unsure if the current record keeper has mentioned it but there is a significant day approaching. The 150th turnday for the Weyr. I have not had occasion to be able to point out such a thing to anyone before and for some reason I find it rather exciting. What a wonderful time of celebration and rememberance for you all. If I can be of any further assistance, please do not hesitate to ask.
