Mine Outpost

Satoris, with his weyrmate and son back at Xanadu, finally has life in him again. With the flood waters receeded enough, the mine is back open and Satoris has finally gotten the word he needs from the Mine Hall in Crom to build an outpost. Rather than sending all their research material back, a small outpost is going to be built to do it on location. This outpost will also serve as a small teaching location primarily for wherhandlers.
