Drunk Weyrwoman?

Rumor has it that Junior Weyrwoman Thea was seen being carried by the Weyrsecond from the offices through the Caverns the other night, both reeking of rum and brandy fumes and Thea playfully running her fingers through the man's hair. Just what happened here and what had it to do with a visit to their office by Cenlia prior to this unusual occurrence? Thea's not talking much other than to mutter something about cupcakes. Where has the Junior been for the past day and a half? She's not saying.
