A Search of a Different Sort

With Kate and her gold Lusiath still missing and Seryth and Kinseth's strange sighting in the Wilderness, the Xanadu Weyr leadership ordered a group to overfly the area and have a look. While there, they were also to scour the place for any clues of the missing pair. With the group returning the next day looking mighty concerned, exactly what they found far to the south, besides an empty collapsed cave with hot sand at the bottom and an old campsite in the mountains above it, is for now being kept hushed.
